Information you choose to provide

The pilot inquiry form is limited to:

• Name
• Work email
• Company name
• Company website
• An optional description of how the company handles new inquiries and estimates
• Allowlisted campaign-level source, medium, and campaign values when present. The initial production allowlist is empty, so those values are discarded unless a campaign is approved later.

Do not submit customer names, home addresses, job records, inventories, pricing files, contracts, historical-job uploads, or other sensitive business or personal information through the public form.

Technical information

Hosting, security, and delivery infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to receive and protect requests, such as an IP address, request time, browser or device details, requested URL, response status, and general security signals. The contact endpoint is designed not to deliberately log form bodies, individual submitted fields, or credentials.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used only to review the specific request, determine whether a workflow-fit conversation may be useful, reply directly, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the limited operational records needed for that exchange.

A submission does not enroll someone in a newsletter, marketing sequence, text messages, automated calls, or an unrelated promotion. Qonvero does not use the public form to accept customer job data.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, handles requests, provides security and rate limiting, and may keep limited technical logs. Resend is used only to deliver contact-form inquiries to Qonvero. Google Workspace receives and holds the resulting email at hello@qonvero.com so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

These providers may process and retain information under their own service terms and operational practices. Qonvero does not use Resend for cold outreach, marketing broadcasts, email receiving, open tracking, or click tracking on this website.

Retention

Qonvero's operating policy is to review inactive inquiries for deletion within six months unless they are deleted earlier or need to be kept longer for an active engagement, a legal obligation, or another legitimate operational reason.

No permanent form-submission database is part of this website. Inquiry copies exist in the delivery provider and business mailbox, so deletion is a manual operating process rather than an automatic website function.

Cookies and tracking

Version one includes no analytics product, advertising pixel, session replay, heatmap, fingerprinting, embedded scheduler, or cross-site tracking. Necessary hosting or security functions may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms. The tracking and consent posture must be reviewed before adding any nonessential third-party service.

Service-provider and advertising use

The website does not use inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Inquiry information is processed by the limited service providers needed to host, protect, deliver, and respond to the inquiry.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Email hello@qonvero.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information. Qonvero may need to verify the requester's identity and may keep information required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. The notice will be reviewed again before any analytics, advertising, scheduler, chat, data-upload, or additional provider is introduced.
